Sub: School Education - MDM - Implementation of MDM in the district - Social audit commencing from 1" week of August 2023 - certain instructions issued Regarding
Ret instructions received through Webex dt. 28-07-2023 by Director, Mid Day
Meals & School Sanitation, AP Amaravathi
All the Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officer and Headmasters
are hereby informed that, there will be a Social audit during first week of August 2023 in Sri Sathya Sai District. Therefore, all the field functionaries are instructed to update the registers pertaining to Mid Day Meal and Toilet Maintenance in the schools.
Mid Day Meals
1. MDM Registers i.e., Egg. Chikkies, Rice, Ragi & Jaggery, Glasses and Food taste registers.
2. Cook cum Helpers Attendance Registers
3. Acquittance of Cook-cum-Helpers
4. IFA tablet receipt and distribution register
5. And other all MDM related Registers
TOILET MAINTENANCE
1. Aya Attendance Register
2. Sanitary Napkin Receipts Registers
3. Cleaning Chemicals, Tools, accessories receipts and distribution registers
4. Night watchman attendance Registers.
Therefore all the Headmasters of Primary, Upper Primary and High schools are
hereby instructed to update all registers pertaining to MDM and School Sanitation. If any lapses found by the Social audit party, the concerned Headmaster /Mandal Educational Officer/ Deputy Educational officers are held responsible and immediate action will be initiated by the undersigned against them without giving any prior notice.
Further all the field functionaries were also instructed to issue suitable instruction
in this regard in their respective jurisdiction immediately
Topy most priority should be given to this item of work

FR 9(6) Sub- Rule (b)(iii) ప్రకారం....
తప్పనిసరిగా ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించాల్సిన డిపార్టుమెంటల్ టెస్టులకు హాజరయ్యే పీరియడ్ను డ్యూటీగా పరిగణించాలి. దీనికి పరిమితి లేదు. ఎన్నిసార్లయినా డ్యూటీగా పరిగణించాల్సిందే..!
ఐచ్చిక (Optional ) టెస్టులకు మాత్రం కేవలం రెండు సార్లే డ్యూటీగా పరిగణిస్తారు.
రెండుకు మించితే లీవ్ పెట్టుకొని ఈ టెస్టులను రాయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
టీచర్లకు OD ఇలా...
SGT తత్సమాన కేడర్, స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ తత్సమాన కేడర్ టీచర్లు, యాంత్రిక పదోన్నతి స్కేళ్ల మంజూరుకు నాలుగు టెస్టుల్లో EOT, GOTలు విధిగా పాస్ కావాల్సిందే..! *_కాబట్టి, ఈ రెండు టెస్టులు రాయడానికి అన్ని కేటగిరి ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పరిమితి లేకుండా ఆన్ డ్యూటీ లభిస్తుంది. మిగతా రెండు డిపార్టుమెంటల్ టెస్టులు కంపల్సరియా? కాదా? అనేది ఆయా టీచర్ల విద్యార్హతలపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. సర్టిఫికెట్స్ చూసి, హైస్కూల్ హెచ్ఎంలు, ఎంఈవోలు ఈ విషయంలో నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలి.
Dep.Tests రాయడానికి ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రభుత్వం కల్పించిన OD రాయితీని ఇవ్వడమే న్యాయం. అవగాహన లోపంతో నిరాకరించడం అన్యాయం.
